Choosing to Celebrate

Sometimes the only person against us, is ourselves. Sometimes we are so focused on our failures that we forget to celebrate the small victories in our lives. We focus on that extra pound, instead of focusing on the fact that we got back to eating healthy in spite of our discouragement. We focus on the size of our bank account, instead focusing on the great choice we made to say 'no' to that purchase in an effort to pay off debt. We focus on an unkind word from a loved one, instead of focusing on the many ways that person has shown his or her love to us in the past. We focus on the guilt that comes when we chose time with Facebook over time with God, instead of focusing on how much closer we've grown to Him over the years. We focus on feeling like a bad mom when the laundry isn't done and the house is a mess, instead of focusing on those precious moments when we connected with our kids. So today, when it's so easy to become your own enemy, CHOOSE to celebrate the little victories. CHOOSE to know and believe God is FOR YOU no matter what little or big mistakes you've been focusing on. CHOOSE TO CELEBRATE!!!

Stephanie Parker has three main loves: God, her husband, Brett and her kids!  When Stephanie created the Zipadee-Zip in an effort to solve her daughter, Charlotte's, sleep issues, she never imagined that it would become a business.  She is incredibly grateful to God for how Sleepingbaby.com has grown and how it has enabled other families to get the restful sleep they need.   Stephanie's husband, Brett Parker assumed the role of CEO which has allowed Stephanie to focus on what she loves which is the creative side of the company, like product and print development.  After the Zipadee-Zip was featured on Shark Tank, Stephanie went on to create the book Shepherd's Treasure. In her free time, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family and friends.  Her hobbies include acting, singing, painting, learning and speaking foreign languages and going on adventures with her family!  You will find her all summer waterskiing, fishing and laughing with her family on the weekends.
