Returns/Exchanges

All returns need to be completed within 14 days of purchase due to the seasonal nature of the product. Return shipping labels are not provided.

We’re grateful for your business! If you’re not satisfied with your Shepherd’s Treasure order, please contact us at support@theshepherdstreasure.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept The Shepherd’s Treasure book/doll sets or advent cards for return after December 1st, 2022, due to the seasonal nature of the product. Return shipping labels are not provided. 

All sales are final on digital downloads-we will not accept returns on digital purchases. If you are having issues with your download-please reach out to customer service support@theshepherdstreasure.com  and they can assist.

Shipping

We do our best to process orders by the following business day after they are placed.  As soon as your order has processed to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to post so if you don’t see immediate progress, please be patient and check back again soon!

Standard shipping (within the US) = estimated 7-10 business days.
Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

International shipping (including Canada) = estimated 14-18 business days to arrive (+/- depending on time it takes to get through customs).
